1 small onions, thinly diced

1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 cup homemade lemon vinaigrette
For Lemon Vinaigrette:
1/8 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leave
